He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Groves; his son Gary Dale Groves; and his parents, Eura Groves and Annis Groves. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Burden, Belinda Gish, Christy Rossignol and Lisa Mitchem; and his brothers, Gearld Groves, S. T. Groves, Archie Groves and Daniel Groves. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
