He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda; and his daughter Melissa Kunkel. He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Vincent (Michelle) of Central City, KY and Vicki King (Dale) of Jacksonville, FL; his children, Melinda Rudolph, Bryan Rudolph (Susan) of Colorado Springs, CO and Melanie Boggess (Joe); his grandchildren, Drew Kinkel (Angie) of Chandler, IN, Allyre Kunkel, Jacob Hinton (Emma) of Madison, AL, Will Hinton (Kaitlyn) of Jacksonville, FL, Abby Hinton (Josh Croley) of Knoxville, TN, Kelsie Barrett (Cody) of Colorado Springs, CO, LT Meghan and Maria Boggess of Bowling Green, KY; and his great grandchildren, Amey Putnam (Nolan), Kaylee Lincoln, Riley Lincoln, Logan Kunkel, Luke Kunkel, Landon Kunkel, Ada Rose Hinton, Thomas Ryan Hinton and Henry Barrett.
