He is survived by: his wife Kelly Phillips; his children, Noah Phillips (Kylee), Jaycee Phillips, Brady Phillips and Emersyn Phillips; and his parents, Pam Smith and Bobby Phillips (Connie). He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in blue, many coworkers, and a large extended family and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church (217 W Depot St, Greenville, KY 42345). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Officer Jason Phillips benefit account at any Farmers Bank location.
