It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ann Baize of Greenville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clemon Dukes, Sr. and Ola Dukes; her sons, Gary Dale Baize and Stephen Baize; her grandson Jacob Baize; and her siblings, Edith Brown, Barbara Jewell Woods and Clemon Dukes, Jr..

She is survived by : her sons, Greg (Linda Baize), Scott (Chasity Baize) and Toby Baize; and her brother Freddie Dukes. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
