He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Whitehouse Higgs; his children, Sara Higgs, Sierra Higgs and Tony Higgs (Jazmyne); his grandchildren, Karson and Stella; his parents, Shiela Blythe and Denny Blythe; and his pets, Dolly, JoJo, Bane and Luna. He is also survived by two brothers; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
