He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Morphew (David); his daughter-in-law Donita Mallory; his grandsons, Nathan Dukes (Aimee) and Scott Cissna; his great grandchildren, Houston Dukes and Waylon Dukes; his great-nieces, Addyson Fleming and Allyson Fleming; and his siblings, Linda Douglas (Paul) and Paul Glen Mallory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
