She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Robert Rufus Phillips, Sr.; her grandmothers, Ozella Leavell and Margaret Bard Phillips Jones; her aunts and uncles, George Thomas Phillips, Marion Ellis Phillips, Eddie Lee Ellis, Sr., Betty Lou Gregory and Beatrice Ellis; her niece Brianna Shar; her caregiver Helen Phillips of Greenville, KY; her siblings, Robert Phillips (Madaline) of Lexington, KY, Tony Phillips (Libby) of Madisonville, KY, Jeffery Phillips of Nicholasville, KY and Dr. Angela Grimmett of Clarksville, TN; her aunts, Mary Ann Bell (Bishop James) of Russellville, KY and Margaret Lester Phillips of Greenville, KY; her siblings' children, Kelsey, Tashaunda, Jessica and Benjamin; and her great-nieces, Zarianna and Jalaiah. She was also cherished by cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ (210 S Boggess Ave, Greenville, KY 42345). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
