He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Fitch and Minnie Ann "Sally" Laumbattus Fitch. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Miller; his children, Melissa Eisenhauer (Matt) of Newburgh, IN and Jason Fitch (Elizabeth) of Elkton, KY; his grandchildren, Sydney, Lucas Harper, Hansen Fitch, Sarah Miller, Luke Eisenhauer (Gianna) and Walker Eisenhauer; his siblings, Lori Richardson (Jeff) of Lexington, KY and Stuart Fitch (Cindy) of Greenville, KY; and his close friends, Danny of Greenville, KY., Lila Lassiter of Greenville, KY. and Debbie Wilkins of Greenville, KY.. He is also survived by four aunts; several brothers- and sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
