He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jesse Rice and Brooksie Irene Wells; and his son Timothy Rice. He is survived by: his wife Carole Sue Rice of Greenville, KY; his son Dwight Alan Rice (Robin) of Greenville, KY; his grandchildren, Leslye Patton (Craig) of Owensboro, KY, Derek Rice of Greenville, KY, Holly Renae Cobb of Central City, KY, Michael Rice of Booneville, IN and Nathaniel Rice of Murray, KY; and his great grandchildren, Alyvia Cobb of Central City, KY, Keydon Cobb of Central City, KY, Bryson Rice of Greenville, KY and Nolan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gary's Funeral Home (405 Hopkinsville St, Greenville, KY 42345). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
