He is survived by : his children, Rodney Decker (Rhonda), Scott Decker (Dana), Stacy Nelson (Joe) and Heather Vincent (David); and his sisters, Ruby Uzzle, Helen Murphey and Joyce Brown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
