Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
