She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Hall; her parents, Frank Phillips and Tilda Hughes Cole; and her siblings, James Bubby Phillips, Mike Phillips, Phoebe Luster and Loraine Billiter.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Hall (Anita) and Angie Sparks (Greg); her brother Johnny Cole; her grandchildren, Madison Williams, McKenzie Hall, Aariana Sparks, Colin Hall, Nicholas Hall and Nathaniel Justice; and her great grandchildren, Nash Williams and Knox Williams.
