He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sage and Ileana Sage; his half-brother Dale Lynn Collett; and his parents-in-law, Floyd and Lola Mae Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Sage of Gulston, KY; and his siblings, Cliff Collett (Delta) of Shelbyville, Mark Sage of Gulston, KY., Imogene Camacho (Fred) of Gordonsville, TN, Geraldine King of Gulston, KY and Lou Sturgill of Lynch, KY.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Henson & Rich Funeral Home (414 E Mound St, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
