He is survived by: his spouse Frankie Faye Handshoe Prater; his children, Robert Prater (Penny) of Salyersville, KY, Kathy Chitti (James) of Prestonsburg, KY and Patsy Reed of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Mark Chitti (Brenda Elizabeth), Shane Prater (Sarah) and Desirae Stowers (Shelton); his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Arnett (Zachary), Monique Noelle Gamble (Nicholas Robinson), Jason Quaoe Gamble (Joleana Allen), Noah, Jonah Gasaparc, Annaliese and Gage Chitti; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Leilah, Dason Burchett, Kolton Risner, Neveah Rain Arnett, Skyler Erin Arnett and Khloe Grace Robinson.
