She was predeceased by: her siblings, Johnny Dowell, Mary Rogers and Marie Wilson; and her sister-in-law Linda Dowell. She is survived by: her husband Thomas D. Brown; her children, Mary Elizabeth Schnieder (James), James David Brown (Carol) and William Jason Brown; her grandchildren, Amber Schnieder, Amelia Myers (Wesley), Lily Ellis (Blake), James Franklin Brown (Kelly), Tabitha Elaine Brown (Steven Dowell), Ashley Marie Brown, Alia Elizabeth O'Neal (John) and Henry David Brown; her great grandchildren, Case, Tucker, Chase, Allie Brown, Levi Ellis and Sam Dowell; her siblings, Dollie Heaton, Faye Carter, Gwen Logsdon (Carl) and Mike Dowell; and her sister-in-law Ann Dowell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
