She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Embry; her parents, Elsie Hayes and Billy Hayes; her daughter Kelly Morgan; her stepdaughter Jill Embry; her grandchildren, Chasity, Korey, Devyn, Cody, Savannah, Eryn, Aidyn and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Willow; and her sisters, Karen Hayes and Donna Johnson (Charlie).
