She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Allen and Mary Emma Carter (O'Bryan); her granddaughter Alexia Stith; her siblings, George, John Allen Carter, Carole Dowell (Roy Neil) and Audrey Hamm (Tom); her brother-in-law Ed Carnal; and her friend John Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Flaherty (Alfred), Eric Whelan, Gina Stith (Whitney), Carla Hilse (Michael) and Bryan Whelan; her grandchildren, Erica Hall (Alex), Lauren Taylor (Ervin Schuchart), Corey Whelan (Andi), Brandon Marsee and Carly Stith; her great grandchildren, Harlow, Presley Whelan, Chance, Gianna Taylor and Waylen Hall; her sisters, Shayrn Bradley, Marinell Carnal and Theresa Bibelhauser (Bernie Hefner); and her sister-in-law Mary Carter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 9245 Rhodelia Rd, Payneville, KY 40157.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the MS Society, Alzheimer's Association, or to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for Pediatric Cancer.
