It is with sadness that the passing of Donna Hollingsworth of Guthrie, Kentucky is shared. Donna, born on May 20, 1955, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Blackwell and Sue Williams Blackwell; and her sister Diane Williams. She is survived by: her husband Joe Hollingsworth; her sons, Doug Conquest Jr. (Dawn) of Clarksville, Phillip Conquest (Stephanie) of Guthrie and Martin Hollingsworth (Shannon) of Guthrie; her grandchildren, Bailey Jessie, Isabella Corley, Presley Woolsey, Gwyneth Conquest, William Conquest and Annabelle Hollingsworth; and her great grandchildren, Wren Jessie, Jovie Woolsey and Scottie Woolsey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cook - Webb Funeral Home (216 Park St W, Guthrie, KY 42234). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Pennyroyal Hospice, those donations can be mailed to 220 Burley Ave, Hopkinsville, Kentucky 42240.
