He was predeceased by: his father Harold Dean Whittaker. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Lane Wright Whittaker of Guthrie; his wife Amy Whittaker of Guthrie; his children, James Leslie Whittaker (Jessica) of Fairview, Tennessee and Rachel LeeAnn Whittaker of Guthrie; and his brothers, Kevin Whittaker (Barbara) of Booneville, Tony Whittaker (Rosie) of Fairview and Timbo Whittaker (Jennifer) of Fairview. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
