She is survived by: her mother Velma Arlene Latham Rager; her husband Darrell Pace of Guthrie; her stepparents, Larry Rager of Clifty and Carolyn Johnson of Hopkinsville; her children, Wesley Spurlin (Jeanna) of Muhlenberg County, Alex of Guthrie, Trent Pace of Guthrie and Amber Spurlin Lopez (Luis) of Elkton; her brother Wayne Johnson of Hopkinsville; her half-brothers, Jeff Rager of Missouri and Justin Rager of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Karen Buckley of Hopkinsville and Julie Hyams of Hopkinsville; and her grandchildren, Maritza Lopez, Kristofer Lopez, Jonathan Lopez, Estela Lopez, Carolyn Lopez, Andrew Spurlin, Winston Spurlin, Oliver Spurlin and Denver Spurlin.
