He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Mary Russell Duncan; his daughter Josephine Finnegan; his grandchildren, Carolyn Amison and John Finnegan; his siblings, Betty Barnett, Jackie Evans Richardson, Marie Maxsym, Mary Belback, Carl Duncan and Gary Duncan; his parents-in-law, Josephine and Matthew Zukowski; and his siblings-in-law, Emma and Steve McNeil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tommie Ann Claxton (Billy) of Guthrie, KY, Jacqueline Toth (Ron) of Fairfield, CT and Amber Edwards of Elkton, KY; his sisters, Shirley Duncan and Glenna Lentini (Martin) of East Point, MI; his grandchildren, Tommy Duncan (Britni), Erica Bailey, Joshua Bryant, Brandon McBreairty (Alex), Hayley Toth and Carson Toth; his great grandchildren, Mathis, Ellie, Jaxen, Brooklyn Duncan, Jaida, Jordin, Joel, Javon Amison, Millie McBreairty, Karter Finnegan, Maddox and Lylah; and his parents, Thomas Rye Duncan and Mildred Jackson Duncan. He is also survived by married to the love of his life for 63yrs and they had 4 beautiful daughters that were his pride and joy along with grandkids.
