He is survived by: his wife Judith White of Guthrie, KY; his brothers, Porkey White (Sharon) and Elmer Eaker (Becky); his grandchildren, Catlyn Everett and Michael William Everett; his great grandchild Waylon William Everett; and his parents, Monk White and Kathren Eaker White.
