He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Turner and Betty Lois Stamper Turner; and his grandparents, Sam B. and Margaret Hall Turner. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Baker of Haddix, KY and Donna Deaton of Old Buck, KY.; his niece Jessica Baker; his nephews, Jason Baker and Timmy Deaton; and his great-niece Shyanna Hollan. He is also survived by His nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
