He is survived by: his wife Janet Shepherd Bentley; his children, Clifford Brandon Bentley of Columbia City, IN, Nathan Ryan Bentley (Pamela) of Riceville, Kentucky and Kristen Nicole Jones (Dustin) of East Point, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cathryn Bentley, Sarah Bentley, Bradix Bentley and Jameson Bentley; and his brother Austin Bentley.
