He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Meadows. He is survived by : his wife Virginia Stapleton Meadows; and his children, Greg Meadows (Deanna), Brad Meadows (Kathy), Jonathon Meadows (Lora) and Barbara Scott (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
