He was predeceased by: his parents, Loman Keeton and Cloie Etta Keeton; his wife Dottie Ann Keeton; his daughter Cinthia White; his brothers, Dale Keeton, Donnie Keeton, Timothy Keeton, Keith Allen Keeton and Danny Ray Keeton; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Carol Keeton, Carol Marshall and Berniece Keeton.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Keeton (Susann), Jonathan Keeton (Cassandra) of Paintsville, Joshua Keeton (Erin) of Paintsville and Sarah Collett (Aaron) of Garrett; and his siblings, Bennie Keeton of Martha and Jacqueline Hammonds of Martha. He is also survived by grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
