Ruth Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ruth Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ruth Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her son James Michael Spencer (Mike); and her grandson Nachese Tyler Ducote. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Spencer; and her children, Don Spencer (Ginger McKenzie), Randy Spencer (Carla Sharp), Wanda Endicott (Robert Endicott) and Mark Spencer (Susan Spencer). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends.
