He is survived by: his wife Reba Carol Mullins Spencer; his children, Misty Castro of Virginia, Dereck Spencer (Alicyn) of West Virginia, Conley Gannon (Ashley) of Crawfordville, Alicia Blevins (Bert) of East Point, Amy Dove (Bobby) of Ocala and Stacie Cole (Donald) of Crawfordville; his siblings, Terry Spencer of Hagerhill, Velvetta Morgan (Tommy) of Georgia, Dinnah Adams (Paul) of Hager Hill and Felicia Spencer of Hagerhill; and his sister-in-law Tammy Spencer of Indiana. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one cousin, like a brother.
