We are sad to announce that, on January 8, 2024, at the age of 70, Larry Clay of Halfway, Kentucky, born in Mansfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Clay; and his brother Douglas Clay. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Clay; his children, Shawn Clay of Ohio, Rex Clay of Ohio, Nicoma Clay of Ohio, Larry Clay of Ohio, David Skok of Ohio, Kim Clay of Ohio and Lisa Clay of Ohio; his grandson Henry Clay; his stepchildren, Dustin Savage of Grayson and Randi Savage of Tennessee; and his sisters, Sue Ellis of Olive Hill and Sandra Dale Holt of Vanceburg. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
