She is survived by: her daughter Chrissie Putty of Anton, KY; her brothers, Mark Allen (Jackie) of Illinois and Ricky Allen (Debbie) of Stringtown, KY; and her caregivers, Damien Elkins, Destiny Elkins, Octavia Allen and Jasmine Allen. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
