With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Boyd of Hardin, Kentucky, who passed away on March 16, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lancaster and Eunice Lancaster (Shelton); her husband Richard Boyd; her son Mark Brown; and her siblings, James Lancaster and Shirley Minton.
She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Brown of Kentucky, Leslie E. Brown of Arizona, Sandra Arce (Armand) of Rising Sun, Karen Boyd Crabtree of Kentucky and Linda Boyd Mock of Kentucky; and her siblings, Nelson Hopkins of Kentucky and Linda Murphy of Georgia. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Maxine to the donor's choice.
