He is survived by: his daughters, Mechelle Cooper (Roger) of Hardyville, KY and Shannah Glacken of Munfordville, KY; and his grandchildren, Katie Kerr (Brandon), Sara Kerr (Danny), Krysta Kerr, Cody Houk, Dillon Houk and Christopher Glacken.
