He is survived by: his wife Debbie Perkins; his children, Kelli Cahill (Cainan Cahill) of Canton, Rebecca Crider of Harlan, Katelyn Crider of Harlan, Madison Crider of Harlan, Kentucky and LCpl Timothy B. Crider; his mother-in-law Peggy Lewis; his siblings, Wesley Perkins, Donna Warren, Helen Jean Perkins, Valerie Perkins, Dorena Perkins and Callie Perkins; and his grandchildren, Kennedy Jade, Pepsi Cahill, Eva Cahill and Asher Cahill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
