He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherman Price and Lily Price; his siblings, Curtis Price, James Price, George Price, Kristeen Price, Evelyn Nolan and Helen Deal; and his daughter Donna Huff.

He is survived by : his children, Angela, Martin, Bledsoe of Evarts, KY, Frank Price Jr. of Verda, KY and Anthony Roark of Corbin; his grandchildren, Stacy, Mendall, Haynes, Josiah, Hannah Bledsoe, Samantha Epperson, Chelsea Mathis and Corey Roark; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Addison and Cayson Haynes; and his brother Robert Price.
