He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gray Surber of Harlan; his stepsons, Steve Smith (Pam) of Cumberland, Jason Smith (Karen) of Evarts and Gary Smith of Lexington; his sister Joyce Cash (Jimmy) of Livingston, TX; his grandchildren, Amanda Sargent (Gus) of Evarts, Whitney Wehrle (Conner) of Lexington, Selena Smith of Evarts, Sierra Smith of Evarts and Destiny Smith of Chattanooga, TN; his great grandchildren, Alexandria Jones of Evarts, Steven Jones of Evarts and Kendell Wehrle of Lexington; and his nieces and nephews, Pam Surber of Partridge, Angie Lockabee of Cumberland, Melissa Quillen (Danny) of Benham, Randy Surber (Tosha) of Partridge and Cecil (Charlotte).
