He was predeceased by: his mother Vickie Pfaff Owens; and his father-in-law James Howard. He is survived by: his father Otis Jackson; his wife Billie Jackson; his children, Jeremy Otis Jackson, II and Alexis Zoey Jackson; his stepparents, Julie Jackson and Fred Owens, Jr.; his brother Jason Jackson (Hope); his sibling's children, Addison Hope Jackson and Caiden Jase Jackson; and his mother-in-law Carol Howard. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Laws and Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at the Resthaven Cemetery (3000 State Hwy 840, Baxter, KY 40806).
