She is survived by: her children, John, Todd, Josh Holden, Polly Johnson, Stacey Shaw and Samantha Holden; her grandchildren, Johnny, Jenna Holden, Desmond, Davina Shaw, Gabriel Holden, Cody Hubbard, Aubrey, Maleigha Johnson, Kaylynne Holden and Jaxon Hines; her great grandchild Aurora Jade Hubbard; her siblings, Jackie Sizemore (Mike) and Ralph Roark; her siblings' children, Megan Halcomb (Robbie), Katelyn Roark (Hayden), Madison Moore (Anthony), Toni Grubb (Jaydan), Landon Sizemore, Hunter, Allen and Gracie Roark; and her close friend Dorthy Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Ages Church of God (23 Smith Ave, Ages, KY 40801).
