He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Fultz and Viola Caldwell Fultz; his son Dustin Johnson; his grandson Cody Lee Fultz; his nephew Cody Kyle Fultz; his wife Laura Fultz of Harlan; his children, Larry, Lonnie Fultz, Jr. of Virginia, Nancy Thomas of Barbourville and Brandi Marlow of Harlan; and his siblings, Larry Fultz of Bledsoe and Leola Caldwell (Ronnie) of Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his close friends, Al Jones and Brandon Marlow. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
