With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Polly Emily Bailey Minton (Harlan, Kentucky), who passed away on January 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Bailey; and her siblings, Mae Sargent, Anna Sue Stepp, Wanda Cooper, Dorothy Couch and James Bailey.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Creech, George Jones, Douglas Couch of Harlan, Edward Couch (Angela) of Harlan, Mary Combs (Tim) of Harlan and Crystal Blackburn (Ralph) of London; and her brother Elihu Bailey Jr. of Harlan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and close friends.
