He is survived by: his parents, Randall Rowe Sr. (Naomi) and Sue Gross (Rick); his siblings, Candace Sutherby (Russell) and Ricky Gross (Ashley); his children, Chelsie Caudill (Junior), Taylor Casolari (Tyler), Randi Sue Manning (Trenton), Autumn Rowe and Jaden Qualls; and his grandchildren, Brentley, Tanner, Melanie, Beckett Caudill, Ivory Casolari and Sawyer Manning.
