With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Fields of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on January 23, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Winslow Fields and Lula Fields (Cottrell); her siblings, Paulette Cottrell, Dorothy Fields, Thelma Fields, Raymond Fields and Ronnie Fields; and her nephew Marcus Fields.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Fields; her grandchildren, Crystal Fields and Isaiah Johnson; her siblings, Rosie, Marie, Winslow, Jr., Thomas, Richard, Jimmy, Timothy and Robert; and her close friends, Sarah Fields, Diane Cargle, Shelia Vick, Todd Anderson and Sally Howard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
