As Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ann. Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Brooks Barnes and Elizabeth McDonald Barnes; and her cousin Juanita Pratt. She is survived by: her husband Harold Barker; her children, Brooks Barker (Sandra) and Aliciann Moberly (Bentley); her grandchildren, Hillary Madison Kendrick and Alissa Marie Kendrick; and her great grandchild Parker Alexander Kendrick. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
