She is survived by: her children, Edward Dean Mullins of Nashville and Melissa Ann Mullins of Harold, Kentucky.; her sisters, Trelvia Reed (Estill) of Betsy Layne and Emma Hamilton (Orville Jr.) of Evans; and her pets, Sir Hudson, Winston and Moses.
