She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Newsome and Violet Allen Newsome; her siblings, Ronnie Dale, Palmer Jr. (Newsome) and Vickie Mitchell; and her grandson Andrew Gaye Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Joe Adams of Harold; her sons, Randy Lee Adams (Tabitha) of Shelbiana, KY and Austin Joseph Adams of Harold, KY; her siblings, Rick Newsome of Pikeville, KY, Micky Newsome of Harold, KY and Robin Henson of Pikeville, KY; and her grandchildren, Emily, Aaryn, Joshua, Hailey, Taylor Adams, Brooklynn and Landon Taylor.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church - Harold (5831 KY-680, Harold, KY 41635). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
