He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Spears Irick; his son Ronnie Lee Irick; and his siblings, Paul Estill Irick, James Donald Irick and Phyllis Davenpot.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Wagner Irick; his daughter Debbie Lynn Irick of Hurricane Creek; and his grandson Jeremy Lee Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
