He is survived by: his wife Linda Caudill; his sons, Joshua Adam Caudill (Jessica) of Lexington, KY and Christopher Shawn Caudill of Harold, KY; his brother Garlis Caudill of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Nash Parker Caudill, Bodhi Rhodes Caudill, Holden Wayne Caudill and Brooklynn Caudill; and his stepgrandchild Shannon Patrick.
