She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Bartley and Linda Hamilton Bartley; her sons, Brayden Allen Gay, Cayden Blaze Morton and Brody Cage Morton; her siblings, Phillip Justin Bartley (Amy) and Ashley Dawn Shepherd; and her nieces and nephews, Ashton Michael Shepherd, Sydney Grace Shepherd and Grayson Lane Shepherd. She is also survived by a host of cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
