She was predeceased by: her husband Harold C. Hackworth; her parents, James Madden and Fleary Madden; her child Jerry Ray Hackworth; and her siblings, Eliza, Rosa, Lizzie, Nellie, Myrtle, Johnny, Willard and Millard.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Wayne Hackworth of Lexington, KY and Debra Joyce Singer of Richmond, KY.; her grandchildren, Terry Ray Hackworth (Marti), Jessica Hackworth Wright (David) and Kathryn Hackworth Fisher (Rick); her great grandchildren, Sammy Wright, Gage Wright, Ethan Fisher and Peyton Fisher; and her close friend Willie Still.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
