He was predeceased by: his father Roy Hall; and his brother Larry Scott Hall. He is survived by: his mother Delores Stewart Hall of Harold, KY; his brothers, Terry Hall of Harold, KY and Tim Hall (Kay) of Paintsville, KY; his stepchildren, Matt Amick and Amanda Hall; his stepgrandchildren, Brietta Estep, Tyler Hall and Lacey Hall; and his stepgreat-grandson Stetson Estep. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
