She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Lucy Stewart of Harold, Kentucky and Nancy Akers of Harold, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Donna Kyle Mullins, Elaina Roger and Jonathan Ethan Adkins (Aleigha); and her siblings, David Keathley (Susan) of Grethel, Bill Keathley (Shena) of Pikeville, Kentucky and Patricia Keathley of Pikeville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
